The Parish has a small team of people who are committed to supporting you and your loved ones in your loss. The team are called faith friends.
When someone passes on and the family then make contact with the Parish, a faith friend will, at your request, visit your home to help you make arrangements for the funeral. The faith friend can also lead prayer for the deceased in your home or in the funeral home. The faith friend may also assist the priest at the funeral and can, if required, lead prayer at the
graveside. The faith friend may also visit you in the weeks following your loss – if you wish.
